About the Role

Meta is seeking an experienced Industry Manager for the Health sector, responsible for managing sales and marketing efforts, developing scalable solutions for clients, and leading a consultative sales team. The role involves working cross-functionally to optimize client efforts and shape product development, with a focus on digital media, performance marketing, and brand strategies. The company builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses, moving towards immersive experiences like augmented and virtual reality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and be accountable for quarterly and yearly revenue goals, pipeline management and growth goals across a diversified book of business
  • Build, train and maintain a high performing team
  • Act as player/coach by driving long term opportunity and coaching team through short and long-term challenges
  • Work cross-functionally with In-Market teams, Global Regions, Business Operations, Platform, Measurement/Metrics, and Product Marketing to optimize client efforts
  • Consult with Product Marketing to help shape product development in support of client needs
  • Guide the creation of persuasive presentations and stories that demonstrate the value of Meta to clients for both B2C and B2B marketing
  • Identify winning strategies and scale the insights throughout the vertical
  • Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales and services for Meta

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with digital media
  • 12+ years of experience with sales or marketing
  • 4+ years of experience as a manager
  • Experience building Direct Response and Brand advertising campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience using data to craft strategy
  • Experience driving revenue growth with emerging opportunities and established partnerships
  • Knowledge of the advertising technology and data/performance measurement trends
  • Communication and presentation experience with an emphasis on translating insights, product information, and data into client value
  • Experience building relationships with top marketing decision makers at brands and agencies
  • Facebook and Instagram user with knowledge of the media landscape

Nice to Have

  • Demonstrate understanding of MMM / MTA / Sales and Conversion Lift and a POV on the evolution of measurement for modern marketing
  • Demonstrate knowledge of signal, value and performance marketing as well as brand
  • Understanding of the health and pharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrate people leader experience coaching, guiding, challenging and empowering top performers
  • Operational rigor and ability to lead, challenge and influence cross-functional teams and external clients
