About the Role

The Vita Coco Company is seeking an Influencer Marketing Intern to support influencer campaigns from concept to execution. The company produces leading natural beverage brands, including coconut water, energy drinks, canned water, and protein-infused water. This internship offers hands-on experience in social media, content trends, and brand collaboration with creators, ideal for someone passionate about social media and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of influencer marketing strategies across active campaigns
Ensure all efforts align with brand goals and content strategy
Help streamline current processes and identify opportunities to innovate
Assist in influencer outreach, relationship building, and communication
Work within the in-house platform (GRIN) to manage the influencer lifecycle, including vetting, contracting, and reporting
Support campaign set-up, including drafting briefs and tracking KPIs
Work with influencers to ideate and review content that feels authentic, engaging, and on-brand
Help manage asset collection, approvals, and tracking of deliverables
Assist in compiling campaign reports and performance metrics
Monitor social media and influencer trends to bring fresh ideas
Stay up-to-date with TikTok/Instagram culture and identify new creator talent

Requirements

Focus in marketing, communications, media, or a related field
1+ prior internship or school experience related to influencer marketing, social media, or digital content
Passionate about social media and aware of trending topics on TikTok, Instagram, etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools and open to learning new platforms like GRIN

Nice to Have

Experience working with influencer marketing platforms
Knowledge of social media analytics tools
Interest in natural and sustainable products

Qualifications

Educational background in marketing, communications, media, or related field
Experience with social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram

Benefits & Perks

Paid hourly internship from July 2025 through December 2025, with potential extension
Compensation based on experience, estimated range $50,000-$60,000
Hybrid work model with in-office and remote days
