About the Role

Pure Storage is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Integrated Marketing Manager. This role will be focused on developing effective campaign strategies, plans, and leading a cross-functional campaign team to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, target audience, and key messaging
Leverage market research, customer insights, and industry trends to inform campaign strategies
Identify and prioritize marketing channels and tactics to achieve campaign goals
Assist in the development of campaign budgets and timelines
Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns through KPIs and metrics, making data-driven adjustments as needed
Help manage the integrated campaign budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI
Drive cross-functional campaign rhythms and workflows that underpin a strong integrated marketing motion
Develop and implement internal communication programs to ensure alignment and engagement across the marketing organization and stakeholders
Foster a culture of transparency and open communication within the marketing team
Communicate campaign strategies and results to executive leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and consistent messaging
Continuously optimize workflows with cross-functional marketing teams and help manage change to ensure overall alignment for campaigns and programs
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors as necessary

Requirements

Demonstrated experience architecting and executing end-to-end B2B integrated marketing campaigns that measurably impacted revenue and brand awareness
Deep expertise in B2B marketing within a complex technology sector (e.g., IT infrastructure, data storage, or cloud computing)
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, uniting diverse stakeholders around a common campaign objective and driving execution
Proficiency in leveraging marketing analytics and technology to define campaign KPIs, measure effectiveness, and make data-driven strategic decisions
Ability to work from the Santa Clara, CA; Bellevue, WA; or Raleigh (RTP), North Carolina office locations in compliance with company policies

Nice to Have

Experience working in a technology or data storage industry
Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms for analytics and campaign management

Qualifications

Experience in architecting and executing B2B integrated marketing campaigns
Expertise in B2B marketing within a complex technology sector
Proven leadership and influence in cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing technology
