The role of the Integrated Marketing Manager - Commerce Platform involves defining and executing end-to-end integrated marketing strategies for critical first-party Commerce Platform products, focusing on creating awareness, education, and pipeline growth through targeted B2B campaigns. The position offers an opportunity to work cross-functionally with teams such as growth marketing, CRM, product, and analytics, and to influence product adoption and demand generation in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with research and analytics to develop a deeper understanding of the merchant audience and surface opportunities to senior operations leadership to improve product awareness and increase inbounds and product adoptions within the SMB audience.
  • Develop the strategy for acquisition across Commerce Platform products in partnership with Growth Marketing, CRM, and Content teams.
  • Proactively identify, test, and scale net-new channels and opportunities to integrate into existing acquisition strategies and drive rapid growth.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to execute marketing programs at scale, including collaboration with Product Management, merchant-facing teams, Engineering, Communications, Strategy & Operations, Finance, and Analytics.
  • Partner closely across teams to design, build, and refine platform products and surfaces to improve product adoption and retention.
  • Partner closely with sales to build an optimized merchant lifecycle for both managed and unmanaged segments.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in high-growth environments.
  • A track record of driving pipeline growth through integrated campaigns and demand generation.
  • Experience identifying and removing bottlenecks to optimize channels for efficiency and scalability.
  • Strong ability to partner cross-functionally with teams such as growth marketing, CRM, product, research, and analytics.
  • Comfort switching between strategic planning and tactical execution.
  • A data-driven mindset, with experience in analytics, market/segment sizing, forecasting, and campaign efficacy analysis.
  • Proven success building consensus with large cross-functional teams and cultivating trusted relationships with senior leaders.
  • BA degree required.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in Marketing or Product in a corporate or startup environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience collaborating with various cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Sales, Strategy/Ops) to build products or services for business customers.
