About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Help develop and execute targeted sampling initiatives. Collaborate with marketing to identify ideal audiences, craft messaging, coordinate logistics, and analyze performance for future campaign optimization.
• Partner closely with the brand marketing team to build and implement GTM plans for product launches and seasonal campaigns, gaining exposure to brand strategy and cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support field representatives at retailers including Ulta, Walmart, Target, Drugstore Chains, and Shoppers Drug Mart. Assist with sourcing GWPs, samples, and branded giveaways to drive in-store engagement.
• Support the execution of internal and external events including influencer activations, product education moments, and brand showcases.
• Stay up to date on trends in both mass and prestige beauty. Share insights and recommendations with brand, social, and digital teams to inform campaign direction.
• Assist with marketing reporting, deck building, and cross-functional recaps to help communicate campaign results and performance insights.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing/recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
• Passion for skincare and interest in the beauty industry.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-starter with a creative mindset and proactive work ethic.
