The role involves managing large and complex software quality assurance testing projects, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with technical teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large and complex software quality assurance testing projects, including requirement analysis, resource and budget estimations, and driving project strategy and plans with milestones and timelines.
  • Participate in elaboration, estimation, and planning meetings to provide best estimates and scope of QA efforts.
  • Provide guidance and subject matter expertise on application testing, including manual and automation testing.
  • Manage and direct proof of concept activities with clients in close coordination with analysis and product/technical teams.
  • Manage testing standards and governance models, ensure quality of deliverables, maintain traceability of processes, standards, and product quality conformance.
  • Oversee overall project management of multiple projects from initiation to closure, proactively identify, communicate, and resolve issues, and generate customized reports for senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Any Branch), Information Technology, Computer Applications/Applied Computer Science or Computer/Management Information Systems.
  • Five (5) years of experience as Software Developer, Software Engineer, Computer Programmer, Systems Analyst, or related position.
  • Skills in SQL and Shell Scripting.
  • Experience with Siebel Testing, Web Application Testing, Database Testing.
  • Proficiency in TOSCA-Automation Testing, Quick Test Professional, Rational Functional Testing.
  • Knowledge of Banking Domain.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a multinational organization with global offices.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and testing standards in financial services.
