The Lead Director of Marketing will spearhead strategic marketing initiatives across the full customer lifecycle, driving brand awareness, demand generation, go-to-market strategy, product marketing, and customer retention. The role involves leading and growing a high-performing team, partnering cross-functionally to scale impact in virtual specialty care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an annual integrated marketing plan and budget aligned with revenue targets, sales, and company objectives.
  • Mentor and develop a results-oriented marketing team across product, demand generation, content, and analytics.
  • Lead full-funnel campaigns: brand awareness, acquisition, engagement, retention, and advocacy.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration.
  • Define value propositions, positioning, and messaging for core solutions and new feature releases.
  • Develop and maintain a quarterly content calendar to ensure consistent content deployment across all channels.
  • Lead go-to-market execution for launches, working with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Build multi-channel campaigns (digital ads, email, events, webinars), use ABM tactics and SEO/SEM best practices.
  • Analyze campaign ROI and iteratively optimize campaigns.
  • Create sales enablement tools such as case studies, presentation decks, and impact reports.
  • Work with Customer Success to drive retention programs, upsells, industry events, and advocacy.
  • Develop an annual event marketing strategy and oversee all in-person event logistics.
  • Work with Clinical and Specialist Network teams to develop and promote CME webinars.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong preference for healthcare or health-tech experience.
  • Proven success leading marketing teams, planning GTM strategies, and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics such as ROMI, ROAS, and pipeline performance.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technology: Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication abilities, with experience in sales enablement, customer positioning, and content leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare SaaS, virtual care, or value-based care environments.
  • Familiarity with ABM, product-led growth models, and enterprise GTM strategies.
  • Comfort working in mission-driven, agile teams that value continuous innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
