About the Role

Lead Analyst-Marketplace Seller Management Lowe's Home Improvement is a company with over 100 years of experience in retail, supporting an inclusive culture and innovative technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the digital onboarding and assortment strategy for assigned sellers (~10-20) through insights, competitive intelligence, item ecosystem knowledge, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Produce weekly insights and present to key partners, including follow-up on cross-functional deliverables, strategic updates, and partner collaboration with sellers, business development, seller experience, digital category management, and core merchandising areas.
  • Regularly present insights and recommendations to cross-functional leaders (up to VP level) and sellers to guide future digital strategies for lowes.com.
  • Lead or partner with digital category management on creating strategic calendars for sellers for the upcoming fiscal year, aligning with seller management leadership, and sharing with cross-functional teams for execution planning.
  • Drive technological developments to enhance the seller experience and optimize the customer journey on lowes.com in partnership with digital commerce leaders.
  • Guide analyst associates to analyze customer data, site behaviors, transaction data, SOPs, technical rules, and benchmarking to identify opportunities for improving the seller and omnichannel customer experience.
  • Lead data analysis when needed to support projects or teams, and oversee 6-10 projects to ensure successful completion.
  • Partner with trust and safety and seller operations teams to define and uphold seller standards and organize seller-related documents.
  • Provide tactical support for in-season opportunities to react to business trends and drivers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field.
  • 7 years of experience in e-commerce, omnichannel, merchandising/marketing, and/or brand/product management.
  • Experience in analyzing data and leveraging insights for strategic decision-making.

Nice to Have

  • 3-5 years of marketplace experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Google Analytics.

Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce, omnichannel, merchandising/marketing, or brand management.
