About the Role

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. The role supports AT&T's mission to provide connectivity and digital access to communities through brand marketing initiatives. The Brand Marketing Manager will assist in developing and executing brand campaigns that enhance awareness, engagement, and emotional connection, working closely with cross-functional teams to highlight AT&T’s purpose and drive long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in uncovering areas of opportunity and leveraging customer insights to develop marketing briefs that align with AT&T's purpose and customer needs.
  • Support the development of centralized marketing playbooks to ensure messaging consistency across the organization.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external teams such as Media and Sponsorships, Creative Content & Advertising, Social, etc., to execute impactful marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Partner with stakeholders across AT&T and external bodies to measure brand health and awareness, specifically the impact of Purpose-driven efforts, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Background in brand building and holistic marketing across multiple brands.
  • Experience managing multi-faceted go-to-market campaign processes with strong organizational and strategic oversight skills.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environments, creating structure and process from scratch.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with strong cross-collaboration skills and leadership ability to shape growth vision and marketing strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient in presenting and engaging audiences.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or advanced degree, with 5+ years of related experience.
