This role is responsible for driving digital customer acquisition and engagement across AT&T's consumer products, with a focus on fiber and wireless offerings, in a dynamic and innovative environment based in Dallas, TX.

Key Responsibilities

Own performance across AT&T's digital channels including desktop, mobile web, and app. Identify and execute growth opportunities across paid media, SEO, affiliate, social, and lifecycle marketing.
Champion user experience across all consumer-facing touchpoints. Drive improvements to site and app design, navigation, content, and personalization that increase conversion and retention.
Develop messaging and funnel strategies aligned to AT&T's fiber, 5G, and wireless product portfolios. Understand AT&T or competitor offerings.
Drive growth in app adoption and engagement. Have experience in app development, product management, or app-based marketing and understand what drives ongoing usage.
Partner with design, engineering, product, and analytics teams to deliver results. Lead test-and-learn initiatives and conversion rate optimization experiments.

Requirements

5+ years of related experience in digital marketing, product management, or a similar field.
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired; certification is required in some areas.
Experience in telecom or other subscription-based consumer industries is preferred.
Knowledge of fiber and wireless technology, trends, and customer value drivers.
Strong UX and UI sensibility across desktop and mobile.
