About the Role

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. The role involves driving digital customer growth across AT&T's consumer and business digital ecosystem, leading strategic initiatives, optimizing digital demand and traffic, enhancing customer journeys, and leveraging technology and data analytics to improve digital performance. The successful candidate will be an experienced professional recognized as an expert, leading significant projects, influencing executive decisions, mentoring staff, and collaborating with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and development teams to develop and align digital strategies with eCommerce solutions, ensuring seamless integration across desktop, mobile web, and app platforms.
  • Enhance digital sales channels and distribution partnerships, including affiliate sales and digital acquisition partnerships.
  • Manage online launch rollouts, product management, and online offer development to ensure a coordinated and effective customer experience that drives revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and optimize digital demand and traffic strategies in partnership with marketing teams, focusing on converged customer growth.
  • Manage SEO strategy, execution, and performance to ensure traffic flows into the correct customer journey and drives conversion on owned platforms.
  • Collaborate with technology and care teams to improve site performance and reduce fraudulent activity.
  • Understand digital audiences and personas to guide customer journeys, ensuring coordinated touchpoints that offer AT&T products and features at the right times.
  • Ideate, develop, and advocate for initiatives on product and technology roadmaps, such as converged customer buy flows and cross-selling capabilities.
  • Lead a test & learn mindset, adopting structured hypothesis-driven rapid learning to identify key problems or opportunities across digital platforms.
  • Focus on trends and growth drivers such as personalization and scalable AI use cases.
  • Drive platform technology enhancements to support seamless customer experiences and integration with emerging technologies.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to gather insights on customer behavior and performance metrics, collaborating with analytics teams to interpret data and optimize strategies.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making processes to enhance customer journeys, improve site performance, and drive digital sales growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.
  • Experience in digital strategy, eCommerce, and demand generation.
  • Strong collaboration and cross-functional team coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to lead projects with strategic autonomy and influence senior leadership.
  • Excellent problem-solving and innovative thinking skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with personalization and scalable AI use cases.
  • Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of emerging digital technologies and platform enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Certification in relevant areas
