As a Lead Marketing Management, you will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing programs or projects that support organizational marketing objectives for volume, revenue, profit, customer acquisitions, retention, and satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with the product management team to identify new marketing opportunities and preparing marketing activity reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promotes customer awareness and field sales effectiveness through marketing communication projects. Consults with product management to assess program impact.
  • Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts.
  • Forecasts future marketing needs by applying advanced marketing principles, theories, and concepts to create and design strategic responses for various marketing projects.
  • Manages assigned long-range projects requiring diverse marketing theories and techniques.
  • May require considerable working knowledge of other major areas and the skill to integrate and communicate that information.
  • Considered an expert within the discipline.

Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor's degree.
  • Requires 6+ years of experience in similar area of responsibility.
  • Strategic thinker.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience presenting to executive leadership.
  • Knowledge of business markets, competitive environment, and marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with marketing channels, sales channels, and marketing systems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with product line knowledge.
  • Experience with marketing function and positioning.
  • Knowledge of sales forecasting.
