About the Role

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. The role involves identifying, developing, and executing data-driven marketing strategies, programs, and capabilities for new and existing products or services to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will lead significant projects, collaborate with senior leadership, mentor staff, and influence organizational decisions in a strategic capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing Marketing Strategies: Plan and implement comprehensive marketing programs to support organizational objectives, including forecasting future needs and creating strategic responses.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve business goals.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with product management and cross-functional teams to identify new marketing opportunities, assess program impact, and promote customer awareness through marketing communication projects.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Prepare and analyze marketing activity reports to track and report on campaign performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Financial Analysis and Budget Management: Conduct financial analysis to allocate marketing budgets effectively, manage expenditures within allocated limits, and align spending with overall marketing and financial goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Experience in campaign planning and management.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Financial analysis and budget management skills.
