About the Role

Our Consumer Technology experience team is delivering innovative and reliable technology solutions to power differentiated, simplified customer experiences. This role involves leading go-to-market initiatives for Value Added Services, focusing on Security and Edge Solutions such as SD-WAN, to drive growth within AT&T's Mid-Markets segment. The position offers an opportunity to develop strategic plans, collaborate across teams, and influence executive decisions in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead comprehensive GTM strategies for Value Added Services, including Security solutions (e.g., Dynamic Defense) and Edge Solutions (e.g., SD-WAN), targeting mid-market businesses.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and growth opportunities within the Mid-Markets segment.
  • Craft compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with mid-market customers and clearly articulate the benefits of AT&T's Security and Edge Solutions.
  • Lead ideation of innovative offers tailored to mid-market customers and work with Sales Operations and CLM to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, sales enablement, and partner channels.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, product roadmaps, and customer feedback.
  • Develop sales tools, training materials, and competitive intelligence resources to empower the sales team in effectively positioning and selling Value Added Services.
  • Create compelling narratives and develop comprehensive, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations to communicate complex technical concepts and business value to internal stakeholders, partners, and customers.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs), use data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize marketing activities, and report results to senior leadership.
  • Support customer case studies, testimonials, and industry events to build credibility and position AT&T as a leader in Security and Edge Solutions for mid-market businesses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of Product, Product Marketing, or Channel experience with a focus on technology services, preferably in Security, SD-WAN, or Edge Computing.
  • Proven track record of managing programs targeting mid-market business customers.
  • Strong understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and edge technologies.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities with expertise in creating comprehensive and persuasive PowerPoint presentations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to guide marketing decisions.
  • Experience in integrated campaign management across digital, events, and field marketing.
  • Passion for innovation and staying current with industry trends and customer needs.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with developing ad-hoc, compelling presentations for executive audiences.
  • Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns for technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of the Mid-Markets segment and related customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Certification in relevant areas is required
