About the Role

ModMed is hiring a Lead Security TPM to drive the execution of high-impact security initiatives across ModMed. This role will manage program timelines, remove roadblocks, communicate risks, and ensure alignment across teams including IT, CloudOps Engineering, and Compliance. It plays a key role in scaling security efforts through operational rigor, metrics, and structured execution frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Drive PI planning coordination for the security organization, aligning cross-team priorities and dependencies.
Manage execution of key security programs including DAST, EDR, IAM, DLP, Email Security, and API Security.
Track vulnerability remediation progress across value streams and hold teams accountable to SLAs.
Provide regular reporting on program status, risks, and key metrics to security leadership and stakeholders.
Operationalize and document program playbooks in Confluence and drive JIRA workflows for execution.
Facilitate change management and structured rollout of new tools or processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Engineering or Project Management or equivalent experience.
7+ years managing technical programs or projects in a security or software engineering organization.
