Job Description

About the Role

At Citrix, a subsidiary of Cloud Software Group, we believe in unlocking human potential by providing a unified platform for secure access to the apps and data people need to get work done. We are seeking an innovative and experienced Lead Web Experience Manager to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Citrix.com and its global web properties. This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of marketing, design, and technology, requiring a leader who can balance creative vision with hands-on technical execution to create a world-class digital experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term strategic roadmap for Citrix.com, focusing on continuous improvement across user experience (UX), performance, content delivery, and design aesthetics.
  • Lead the hands-on design and development of all new landing pages and web experiences, from initial wireframe and mockup to final, responsive code.
  • Champion a user-centric approach, leveraging analytics, user testing, and customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement on our landing pages and throughout the site.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership and product teams to ensure the website's goals are in lockstep with broader company objectives, product launches, and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead A/B testing and multivariate testing initiatives to deepen user engagement, increase product/feature adoption, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all web-related projects, managing requests from internal teams.
  • Partner with content teams, brand strategists, and product managers to develop campaign ideas and messaging, then oversee their creative and technical execution.
  • Work closely with IT and back-end teams to ensure the website is technically sound, scalable, secure, and built on a robust infrastructure.
  • Own the web analytics strategy, utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Hotjar to measure performance and user behavior.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to communicate web performance and insights to stakeholders.
  • Transform data into insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Partner with content marketing teams and external agencies to ensure content is relevant, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
  • Develop strategies to optimize content for emerging search paradigms, including AI, LLMs, and voice search.
  • Oversee relationships with SEO agencies, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide technical leadership for the web platform, guiding maintenance, bug fixes, and platform migrations.
  • Stay informed on emerging web technologies, design trends, and digital marketing best practices to ensure Citrix.com evolves effectively.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in web management, digital experience, or digital marketing, preferably within a B2B technology or SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful web strategies that improve user experience and key business metrics.
  • Experience managing large-scale, complex websites and leading cross-functional projects.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on design and development of visually appealing, user-friendly web pages.
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI principles.
  • Expert proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise Content Management Systems such as Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Drupal, or Sitecore.
  • Mastery of web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, and A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely or VWO.
  • Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush or Moz is a plus.
  • Exceptional project management skills with proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI-driven search engines, Large Language Models (LLMs), and voice search optimization.
  • Experience with SEO agency management and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED).

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive salary (range varies by location and experience).
  • Access to healthcare, life insurance, and disability benefits (U.S. based employees).
  • Potential for annual bonuses and sales incentives based on performance.
  • Flexible work arrangements, including remote options.
