Live Selling Assistant

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Reading the chat for requests and pulling the item quickly
• Maintaining knowledge of retail prices for all brands
• Showing market prices for items being sold
• Supporting upselling by suggesting additional products and services to customers
• Supervising inventory levels, ensuring items are not oversold
• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment

Requirements

• Experience and knowledge of streetwear preferred, e.g., Supreme, ASSC, etc.
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Strong interaction skills
• Quickly google/research items for selling points
