  • Develop research and testing plans, analyze business data from multiple sources to generate insights, and turn these insights into compelling business cases and customer experiences.
  • Lead initiatives using storytelling, customer insights, data, and business acumen, influencing the product roadmap at any phase of the product lifecycle and executing impactful go-to-market plans.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, design, business development, analytics, finance, credit, risk, legal, strategy, sales, and customer success.
  • Contribute to 3-year strategic planning and make decisions that benefit the customer and the entire Intuit portfolio.

Requirements

  • Strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate plans into actionable tasks and product roadmaps.
  • Understanding of core marketing frameworks such as segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort in testing methodologies and synthesizing data to analyze ROI and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ability to prioritize and make strategic choices balancing short- and long-term outcomes.
  • High levels of ownership, responsibility, initiative, and a drive to achieve measurable performance results.
  • Technical understanding of payment systems and money movement is a plus.
