About the Role

The Manager, Brand Strategy will be responsible for B/R Racing's day-to-day and long-term programming & content strategy across all social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X. This role involves working cross-functionally with Bleacher Report, B/R App teams, and linear broadcast partners to coordinate motorsports coverage, drive audience growth and engagement, and manage branded and sponsored programming within the context of NASCAR and other motorsports events. The position offers opportunities to work onsite at major NASCAR events and may require on-camera appearances or voiceovers as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage B/R Racing's programming calendar and production orders, particularly within a long-term tentpole planning process.
  • Manage B/R Racing programming staff to ensure responsiveness to motorsports news cycles, including all significant NASCAR events.
  • Work with Bleacher Report, B/R App, and House of Highlights teams to manage motorsports content strategy across the portfolio of brands.
  • Coordinate with NASCAR programming counterparts on content strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with linear production teams to plan and curate studio coverage moments around NASCAR races and identify opportunities for linear broadcast integration.
  • Plan and manage all video-on-demand programming, including hero productions and talent commitments.
  • Manage B/R Racing content budget.
  • Edit and program social platforms directly where necessary.
  • Execute B/R Racing branded and sponsored programming.
  • Work major NASCAR events and travel onsite to TNT Sports races.
  • Participate in on-camera or voice roles in video content as mutually agreed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in digital media, social media, or content curation.
  • Extensive knowledge of motorsports, especially NASCAR.
  • Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce and edit social content.
  • Passionate racing fan.
  • Knowledge of memes, trends, viral content, and popular culture.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends aligned with NASCAR schedule.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Adobe Premiere, Meta Creator Studio, ClipPro.
