We are looking for a consulting leader to join our team and help grow our digital practice across Australia and New Zealand. As a manager, you will guide clients through complex transformations, lead consulting teams, and support the growth and maturity of our regional practice. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements, ensuring delivery excellence and measurable impact.
  • Translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps.
  • Manage delivery teams and oversee multiple concurrent projects.
  • Maintain approximately 65% personal utilization.
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment and proactively resolve delivery issues.
  • Embed scalable methodologies and best practices in project execution.
  • Oversee governance structures and project reporting.
  • Act as escalation point for critical issues during project delivery.
  • Coach and mentor consultants to support career growth and skill development.
  • Lead development of new services, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Build and scale the regional practice with hiring, training, and operational leadership.
  • Promote a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
  • Drive internal knowledge management and capability building.
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement and learning.
  • Identify, qualify, and close consulting opportunities.
  • Develop compelling proposals and solution concepts.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships and represent Kalypso in the market.
  • Partner with global teams to introduce differentiated solutions and capabilities.
  • Leverage industry networks to position Kalypso as a trusted advisor.
  • Support strategic account planning in partnership with sales.
  • Support practice growth with a target of AUD$5M in consulting revenue.
  • Monitor project financials, ensuring profitability and adherence to budget.
  • Contribute to regional and global financial reporting as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience, including consulting or advisory roles.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, deliver projects, and drive business development.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and IT/OT convergence.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 60%, including some international travel.

Nice to Have

  • SCRUM/Agile methodology experience or certifications.
  • Organisational Change Management experience or certifications.
