About the Role

The Clearing House (TCH) is a banking association and payments company owned by the largest commercial banks in the United States. It operates the core payments system infrastructure in the US, handling nearly $2 trillion in payments daily, and is modernizing its infrastructure with a new real-time payment system. TCH has provided critical banking services since 1853, including Direct Deposit, bill payments, and check image exchange. The Marketing team is seeking a hands-on Digital Channels and Web Marketing Manager who will lead digital strategy and execution to drive engagement, leads, and business growth through web and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute website strategies to support key campaigns, events, and lead generation efforts.
  • Work directly in platforms like Sitecore to create and update pages, implement enhancements, and optimize content for UX and performance.
  • Lead technical SEO strategy, manage page-level optimization, tagging, and testing.
  • Drive and execute A/B tests, UX updates, and experimentation to improve site performance and user journeys.
  • Support the business with regular updates to the website and intranet pages as needed.
  • Source images and create designs for updates aligned with brand standards.
  • Manage end-to-end web projects—from planning and stakeholder input to buildout and deployment—across multiple platforms and tools.
  • Collaborate with design, development, and content teams to meet marketing objectives efficiently.
  • Perform content audits, update site structure, and maintain site governance and hygiene.
  • Assist colleagues in building Salesforce and Cvent landing pages and develop email nurture campaigns based on segmentation and campaign needs.
  • Partner with channel leads to promote campaigns across social, email, paid media, and web channels.
  • Write and update digital content focusing on clear messaging, brand voice, and conversion.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and UX research to evaluate performance, identify insights, and make data-informed updates.
  • Own tagging strategy and execution for campaign and site performance tracking.
  • Report KPIs and optimization opportunities to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or related field.
  • 8+ years of digital marketing experience, including web strategy, page builds, and campaign execution.
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Sitecore, WordPress, Salesforce, Google Analytics, YouTube, and more.
  • Ability to write compelling, SEO-friendly web copy.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, UX best practices, and photo/video editing tools.
  • Highly organized and self-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent communicator with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Understanding of digital marketing best practices and interest in staying current with trends.
  • Experience leading development in analytics, governance, content management, SEO, vendor management, and risk management.
  • Experience contributing to marketing initiatives including brand development, blogs, podcasts, email newsletters, meetings, presentations, training, and strategic planning.
  • Technical expertise in User Centered Design (UCD), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), UI/UX design, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Content Management Systems, survey development tools, Agile processes, and project management tools like Azure.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Agile processes such as sprints, scrums, and roadmaps.
  • Knowledge of vendor management and risk management in web projects.
  • Experience with meetings and events platforms like Cvent.
