The role of Manager, Digital Performance involves leading A/B testing initiatives to optimize website performance and enhance user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to optimize various aspects of the website, such as landing pages, user flows, and conversion funnels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test objectives, set up experiments, and ensure seamless implementation of A/B tests using testing tools like Optimizely or VWO
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from A/B tests, user behavior, and website performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
  • Generate clear and concise reports summarizing A/B test results and overall site performance, providing actionable recommendations and sharing insights with stakeholders
  • Utilize data insights to enhance user experience, improve conversion rates, and drive customer engagement and retention
  • Understand user behavior on the website, identify pain points, and suggest changes to improve the user experience
  • Continuously monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic, engagement, and conversions
  • Manage web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and collaborate with IT and Data teams to implement tracking codes and ensure data accuracy
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor websites to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in eCommerce or retail in data analytics and reporting
  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • Experience with Google web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics
  • Ability to support conclusions with analytical evidence using descriptive stats, inferential stats, and data visualizations
  • Good time-management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Critical thinker and problem-solver
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with both business and technical teams
  • Comfort with ambiguity and open-ended problems in digital commerce
  • Good understanding of SEO

Nice to Have

  • Experience with testing tools like Optimizely or VWO
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing tactics
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
