BioBridge Global is a San Antonio-based nonprofit that integrates donor-to-patient services to enable the future of biotherapeutic solutions, including blood, tissue, and advanced therapies. Through its subsidiaries—South Texas Blood & Tissue, QualTex Laboratories, and GenCure—it provides products and services in blood resource management, cellular therapy manufacturing, donated umbilical cord blood and human tissue, as well as testing of blood, plasma, tissue, and cellular products for clients in the United States and international markets. The organization supports the development of advanced therapies by providing access to starting materials, testing services, biomanufacturing of cell and cell-based biologics, and clinical trials support. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate development of digital strategy and plan, working with subsidiaries and the Marketing and Corporate Communications teams, including email marketing, digital advertising, social media, and website management.
  • Manage the BioBridge Global website, including planning and managing major web design projects, updates, and day-to-day content updates.
  • Manage SEO (search engine optimization) and GSO (generative search optimization) efforts in collaboration with subsidiaries and the Marketing team.
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of outside agencies supporting web design and SEO/GSO efforts.
  • Develop strategy, targeting, and schedule for compelling, shareable, and informative digital content such as emails, ads, social media posts, on-website content, videos, infographics, images, and downloadable materials.
  • Review and assess the effectiveness of digital and social media efforts and recommend content optimization strategies across all digital channels.
  • Monitor online conversations on social media platforms to identify trends, influencers, and opportunities for engagement, response, or relationship building.
  • Provide training to ensure department adherence to web and branding guidelines and standards.
  • Work with the communications team to ensure digital content aligns with printed materials and branding standards.
  • Keep current with emerging web technologies and content types through relevant blogs, websites, and events.
  • Build collaborative relationships with business units to develop digital strategy and reporting to support donor recruiting, sales, and foundation efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Requires five or more years of job-specific experience in digital media and strategy.
  • Experience with programs that provide monitoring and measurement of social media and digital engagement, including Sprout Social and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in preparing and presenting analytics reports.
  • Strong understanding of SEO/GSO strategies and best practices.
  • Experience using Adobe Suite programs; knowledge of Canva is a plus.
  • Experience overseeing websites and social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Preferably experienced with Wordpress, Elementor, etc.
  • Must have knowledge of social media platforms, measurement/monitoring tools, Google Analytics, digital advertising, photography, and video.
  • Must have a valid United States Driver's License and be at least 18 years old with a good driving record.
  • Excellent management, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to keep information confidential, be professional, detail-oriented, self-motivated, innovative, creative, assertive, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to anticipate the company's digital media needs.

  • Google Analytics Certification.
  • Facebook Blueprint - Certified Creative Strategy Professional.
  • Knowledge of Canva.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related discipline.
