Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, oversee, and implement marketing operating rhythms to ensure alignment across the marketing team and support cross-functional consistency.

  • Manage key marketing initiatives and coordinate timelines, resources, and tasks to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies on product surfaces.

  • Own and maintain all marketing documentation processes, ensuring information is organized, accessible, and up-to-date.
  • Create and manage a centralized repository for campaign briefs, playbooks, and post-campaign performance analyses.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, marketing operations, campaign management, or project management, preferably in a B2C subscription-based business.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the product development process, from ideation to go-to-market launch.
  • Experience in coordinating complex marketing campaigns across cross-functional teams, including major product or feature launches.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of various size and scope simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions, departments, and seniority levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
  • Self-starter mindset with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
  • Ability to think strategically and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
