About the Role

The Manager, Integrated Marketing (New Verticals) role at DoorDash involves leading cross-functional marketing initiatives to grow new business verticals such as DashMart. The position requires strategic planning, project management, and collaboration across marketing, product, operations, and other departments to drive business goals related to affordability, retention, and expansion. The role supports the company's mission to empower local economies and is part of the Consumer Marketing team focused on engaging customers through innovative campaigns and scaled marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Thrive as the central liaison between Marketing teams, Strategy & Operations, Product, Finance, Analytics and other departments to build and execute on a holistic and integrated marketing strategy.
  • Lead Affordability marketing initiatives end-to-end, including brief development, creative and media/channel reviews, influencer programs, paid media strategies, A/B tests, partnerships, and in-app marketing.
  • Create marketing strategies to increase customer spend, retention, and effectively communicate affordability initiatives.
  • Help define and prioritize requirements for key cross-functional initiatives, serving as the subject matter expert and liaison during planning.
  • Partner with Strategy & Operations and marketing leads to set goals and KPIs for campaigns, and develop integrated plans to achieve these objectives.
  • Support new business lines and expansion opportunities, such as DashMart, by advocating for and unlocking marketing resources and budgets.
  • Communicate progress, track performance metrics, report to leadership, and proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Build models and frameworks for budgeting, campaign tracking, and goal forecasting.
  • Partner with leadership to build and deliver investment requests and planning headcount deliverables.

Requirements

  • Have 6+ years experience in B2C marketing, preferably with a mix of paid and growth marketing.
  • 2 years or more in consulting or operations is a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills required; basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational experience, including tracking calendars, setting DRIs, and following up to meet goals.
  • Demonstrate a bias for action and ability to build processes and relationships across the organization.
  • Ability to synthesize data, make data-driven decisions, and balance quantitative measurement with intuition.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Basic SQL skills.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years experience in B2C marketing.
  • Experience with paid and growth marketing preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills; basic SQL a plus.
