Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of, and leverage our marketing automation platform to enable and build B2B segmentation for communications initiatives, translating requirements outlined by the business into technical strategies
  • Monitor and analyze data, assess trends and determine actions to optimize business and operational performance
  • Provide Quality Assurance checks on programs prior to deployment to peers
  • Understand Merchant marketing strategies, provide campaign segmentation consultation to enable those strategies, and ensure effective delivery to market

Requirements

  • Prior Experience of Marketing/Advertising Operations and/or Merchant data
  • Comfort with complex data models and ability to understand how to work with data
  • Record of driving results in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to recognize issues quickly and determine resolutions through creative and efficient problem solving
  • Ability to connect the role's agenda to company priorities and balance the needs of customers, partners, colleagues & shareholders
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and practices
  • Strong Program Management, analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or relevant qualification
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms
  • Experience in B2B marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of data models and technical strategies for segmentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or relevant qualification
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience
