About the Role

The client is seeking a Marketing Automation Engineer/Email Tech Lead for a long-term contract position in Lebanon, NJ. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable marketing automation solutions, leading platform integrations, and guiding a team of marketing technologists, developers, and analysts to align technical efforts with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and maintain scalable marketing automation solutions using platforms like Hearsay and MOD.
Lead the integration of marketing platforms with CRMs, data warehouses, and third-party tools via APIs.
Oversee the development and maintenance of custom scripts, workflows, and automation logic.
Guide and mentor a team of marketing technologists, developers, and analysts.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
Ensure high deliverability and engagement through technical email best practices.
Ensure data integrity and support marketing attribution models.

Requirements

Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Hearsay and MOD.
Ability to lead platform integrations with CRMs, data warehouses, and third-party tools via APIs.
Knowledge of developing and maintaining custom scripts, workflows, and automation logic.
