Key Responsibilities

  • Own and scale the marketing operations function, including optimizing the marketing technology stack and streamlining the lead-to-opportunity process.
  • Work closely with GTM leadership across Sales Development, Marketing, and Operations to drive process optimization and overall efficiency.
  • Recommend, build, and run cross-functional projects and process improvements to impact operational efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Contribute to the strategy and execution of full-funnel marketing programs that generate predictable, scalable pipeline.
  • Design and optimize the entire lead funnel from top-of-funnel acquisition through MQL to SQL handoff, increasing conversion and velocity.
  • Leverage HubSpot to architect scalable campaigns, lead scoring, nurture flows, AI orchestration, and attribution models.
  • Partner with RevOps to manage the workflow from new lead entry through to opportunity conversion in Salesforce.
  • Maintain high-quality contact database by working with internal tools and external vendors.
  • Align with sales to define pipeline goals, campaign targeting, SLAs, and lead management workflows.
  • Drive multi-channel campaigns across email, webinars, paid media, SEO, events, outbound motions, and ABM to meet growth targets.
  • Build a data-driven culture by forecasting, measuring, and optimizing program results for ROI and CAC efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with demand gen, product marketing, SDRs, and sales ops to build cohesive campaigns.
  • Assist with department-level planning, including managing campaign budgets, team meetings, and annual planning.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or AI/ML marketing operations.
  • Deep experience with HubSpot, including building and scaling marketing automation workflows, lead scoring models, and funnel reporting frameworks.
  • Experience building Salesforce reporting and using reports to optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong understanding of metrics such as MQLs, pipeline, bookings, funnel conversion, velocity, CAC, and ROI.
  • Ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally.
  • Natural collaborator and communicator, comfortable presenting to executives, boards, and stakeholders.
