About the Role

As a Marketing Platform & Process Specialist with the Image Guided Therapy Devices team, you will lead the optimization and management of marketing platforms and workflows to ensure efficiency, compliance, and exceptional user experience across diverse stakeholder groups. You will have a direct impact on the efficiency and compliance of marketing operations by managing key platforms such as Veeva PromoMats and Seismic Sales Enablement, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process excellence. This role offers opportunities to develop expertise in platform administration, process optimization, and stakeholder management while contributing to strategic decisions and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize marketing platforms such as Veeva PromoMats and Seismic Sales Enablement to ensure materials are current, approved, and accessible.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Medical Education, Sales, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical teams to drive process excellence.
Train users on platform functionalities and best practices to improve engagement and compliance.
Perform process optimization to enhance efficiency and compliance across marketing operations.
Contribute to strategic decisions related to platform management and process improvements.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in marketing operations, platform management, or related roles.
Experience with Veeva PromoMats, Seismic Sales Enablement, or similar tools.
Strong technical skills, process optimization abilities, and stakeholder management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Detail-oriented, organized, and an effective communicator with a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

Experience working in healthcare or medical device industries.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in marketing.
Experience with other marketing automation or content management platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Benefits & Perks

Salary range in Colorado Springs CO and Plymouth MN: $114,000 to $133,000.
Salary range in San Diego CA: $128,000 to $149,000.
