Manager, Owner Analytics

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of our owners through insights and data, and enable stakeholders to do the same
• Mine complex data sets to produce key insights that inform and improve customer experiences
• Utilize our first-party data and owner segmentation model to recommend the next best action for an Owner at a given point in their journey
• Leverage data sources including Google Cloud platform data warehouse, Forsta survey data, Sprinklr Social Media listening tool, and Google Analytics
• Lead, define, and optimize Owner Experience KPI measurement and reporting
• Oversee data quality management, data integrations, and data enhancements, liaising with regional peers to influence roadmap
• Ensure data privacy standards are maintained at all times

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an analytic-focused field such as statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing analytics, or related background (preferred)
• 5-7 years of experience in Analytics, Data Management, Business Intelligence, or related field
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, including aggregate functions, window functions, and subqueries
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-level data management processes, policies, and standards, ideally in a Salesforce environment
• Experience activating DTC, customer, or commercial insights through quantitative data analyses
• Ability to identify and investigate data quality issues within large data sets
• Expertise in creating visualizations of insights using tools like Tableau or Looker
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of liaising between IT and commercial stakeholders
• Proven ability to simplify complex data and findings into actionable insights
• Ability to translate business questions into data requirements
• Problem-solving mentality and effective partnership with stakeholders
• Familiarity with measuring, testing, and reporting on Customer/CRM campaigns via email, text, and push notifications
• Experience with digital analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
• Preferably, exposure to programming in Python with packages like pandas, numpy, or matplotlib
