About the Role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a Product Marketing and Analysis Manager to join their marketing team based in Grand Prairie, TX. The role involves supporting sales of various aircraft, representing the company at conferences and trade shows, and working directly with customers to address their needs. The position offers a dynamic work environment with diverse tasks and interaction with internal and external partners. The team is part of Airbus's global leadership in helicopter manufacturing, supporting both civil and military missions, and is located at the regional headquarters in Dallas-Fort Worth, with comprehensive employee benefits and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide market analysis and forecasting support for Airbus Helicopters and Airbus Helicopters Inc. on bookings and deliveries.
  • Support sales activities by directly engaging with customers, demonstrating aircraft, and helping them determine their needs.
  • Act as an interface between all sales teams in the region to coordinate marketing and sales efforts.
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote Airbus Helicopters products.
  • Support internal collaboration with engineering, program management, and other industry partners.

Requirements

  • Must possess a four-year degree in business, marketing, engineering, or economics; or equivalent experience and education.
  • At least 8+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing, program management, or engineering for technical products in the aviation or related industry.
  • Preferred: Master's degree such as MBA or similar in relevant fields.
  • Experience with detailed marketing analysis and modeling.
  • Proven experience in rotary wing aviation is highly preferred.
  • Ability to operate most office and electronic equipment, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to travel independently and at short notice, approximately 30% of the time.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with engineering, program, and internal industry collaborators.
  • Experience with helicopter marketing or aviation industry experience.

Qualifications

  • Four-year degree in business, marketing, engineering, or economics.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, program management, or engineering in aviation or related fields.
