Market Development Manager Positioning

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine product and solution positioning that aligns with customer needs and market trends.
• Create clear, compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks tailored to target market segments.
• Incorporate competitive insights to ensure differentiated positioning and address market gaps.
• Work closely with marketing, product management, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging across campaigns, sales tools, and customer engagements.
• Utilize customer and market research to validate and evolve positioning strategies.
• Support sales and marketing teams with training and collateral to effectively communicate positioning and value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product positioning, marketing strategy, or market development within healthcare or medical technology.
• Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear market messaging.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 annually, based on experience.
