This position reports to the VP Americas Customer Services. ABB's Process Automation business area enables customers to operate some of the world's largest and most complex industrial infrastructures, helping them outrun - leaner and cleaner. We offer a broad range of automation, electrification and digital solutions for process, hybrid and maritime industries, including industry-specific integrated control and software as well as measurement and analytics solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

Creates end-user acceptance and specification offering for service agreement with digital offerings.
Drives and implements marketing and sales activities for the assigned market segment(s) in line with the agreed strategy.
Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction and continuously monitors service agreement with digital offering sales performance.
Defines, implements, and reviews the service agreement and digital marketing (and communications) strategies for target segment(s).
Ensures achievement of the established targets by overseeing progress and defining improvement actions as needed.
Monitors digital market trends and accordingly recommends improvements in the digital marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive landscapes.
Visits customers to understand their needs and ensures the resolution of customer issues.
Assists the sales team and channels teams to win business.

Requirements

Associate's degree in a related field and 5+ years in technical services.
IT Systems experience.
CEMS systems knowledge and experience.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in a related field.

Experience with IT Systems.
Knowledge and experience with CEMS systems.
