About the Role

Aeon Nexus Corporation is a Microsoft Partner providing software development consulting services with their enterprise Microsoft Power Platform solution, JusticeNexus. The Marketing Administrator role involves working in a collaborative environment within a diverse team of professionals, focusing on creating and managing marketing content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral including brochures, one-pagers, and case studies.
  • Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.).
  • Update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to create and update product guides and documentation.
  • Support proposal development by assembling content, formatting documents, and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance and engagement metrics.
  • Assist in planning and executing virtual and in-person events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Maintain the digital asset library and ensure version control of all marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media scheduling tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a technology or software development company.
  • Familiarity with government contracting or public sector marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with proposal writing or RFP responses.
