About the Role

KAIA is hiring a Marketing & Advertising Specialist to support the New York Army National Guard's recruiting efforts. You'll lead daily content creation, digital ad execution, and performance reporting to help the Guard meet its recruitment and retention goals. KAIA Inc. is an Emmy-winning creative agency and SBA 8(a)-certified small business dedicated to helping government agencies communicate mission-critical programs with clarity and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a statewide annual marketing plan with monthly initiatives
Post 2+ multimedia content pieces daily across at least two platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
Ensure all content meets Army National Guard branding, accessibility, and hyperlink standards
Manage a monthly digital advertising budget of $10,000+ , including social media and display network campaigns
Track key metrics: impressions, reactions, follower growth, lead conversions, and ROI
Deliver monthly performance dashboards and briefings to program leadership
Coordinate with print/design teams for campaign collateral and event marketing

Requirements

3+ years in digital marketing, social media strategy, or advertising
Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics
Excellent writing and creative visual storytelling skills
Active Secret clearance required
