They are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Analyst to focus on Customer Lifecycle Management (CLCM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), contributing to marketing and finance teams through data analysis, strategic recommendations, and performance measurement.

Key Responsibilities

Define, maintain, and enhance reporting frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs) that provide visibility into customer lifecycle and campaign performance.
Perform deep-dives into existing data—including customer journey, campaign results, and business performance metrics—to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and retention.
Quantify the incremental impact of marketing initiatives and strategic decisions using causation and attribution analysis.
Partner with marketing teams to translate ideas into testable hypotheses and design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance.
Equip the leadership team with data-driven insights into ROI and business growth, using data visualization and storytelling to communicate findings and drive strategic decisions.
Collaborate with Marketing Analytics, Marketing Tech, Data Engineering, Finance, and other teams to provide and communicate data-driven recommendations to the business.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or another data-related field.
2+ years of industry experience in experimental design and A/B testing, preferably in a B2C environment.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, including experimental design, analysis, power calculations, assessment of statistical significance, and causal inference.
Proven track record of completing multiple end-to-end A/B test projects, including hypothesis formulation, experimental setup, results analysis, and actionable recommendations.
Strong understanding of A/B testing metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), retention rate, lifetime value, conversion rate, bounce rate, and revenue.
Experience using Python or R for analysis and automation.
Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Salesforce CDP, and AWS Redshift.
Highly curious, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into insights.
Strong data storytelling skills for presenting analysis to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Experience with data visualization tools and storytelling.
Experience in a role that involves customer lifecycle or CRM analytics.

Qualifications

Educational background in Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
Industry experience in experimental design and A/B testing.
