Marketing Analyst - I

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support contractors by pulling data from various platforms and organizing it for analysis.
• Manage reporting requests through Salesforce CRM and other tools by receiving intake forms, coordinating with the business for additional information, and delivering the requested reports.
• Work with the team to gather data and build reports, then collaborate with requestors to visualize data for senior leadership.
• Edit and refine reports based on leadership feedback.
• Handle ad hoc duties within the team as the role evolves.

Requirements

• Target 2-6 years of experience with a strong aptitude for reporting and data visualization.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts/graphs, and formatting.
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau is preferred.
• Previous data analytics experience, including use of Einstein Analytics within Salesforce, is preferred.
• Customer service mindset and highly collaborative attitude.
• Technical aptitude with a background in analytics.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• Some business/marketing degree is preferred but not required.
• SQL knowledge is helpful but not required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with Einstein Analytics within Salesforce.
• SQL knowledge.
