Marketing Analyst (Remote CA Residents Only)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Drive data strategy and performance measurement across omnichannel marketing campaigns
• Develop marketing dashboards, visualize KPIs, and present findings to leadership
• Lead data collection and insight generation to guide full-funnel marketing activities
• Perform segmentation and positioning analysis to enhance targeting and strategy
• Collaborate with internal and agency teams to align marketing objectives and analytics
• Use statistical techniques to analyze trends by segment, channel, and geography
• Consult with leadership to share optimization recommendations
• May lead cross-functional projects or direct the work of individual contributors

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in marketing analytics or digital campaign performance
• Proven success overseeing data capture, visualization, and performance reporting
• Strong storytelling ability through data; executive-ready communication skills
• Experience working in a marketing team, not just analytics
• Hands-on experience with segmentation and omni-channel campaign support
• Location in California

Nice to Have

• Adobe Consumer Journey Analytics
• Tableau
• Understanding of full-funnel marketing strategy
• SQL and/or Python

• Bachelor's degree required
