Marketing Analyst (Workfront)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to specialist for a marketing work management platform, leading intake processes, workflow design, reporting, and team adoption.
• Work closely with partners across creative, digital, media, brand, and product marketing to align on priorities, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Define and maintain standards for project setup, roles, groups, and naming structures to support consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect the platform with other tools (such as content systems, asset libraries, or analytics platforms) to improve operations.
• Create and automate dashboards and reports to monitor workloads, turnaround times, and campaign effectiveness.
• Regularly review platform usage to spot inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Provide training, resources, and guidance sessions to strengthen adoption and ensure processes are followed consistently.

Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront (administration, custom forms, workflow design, reporting, dashboards, roles, and integrations).
• Background in Marketing Operations, Analytics, or Project/Program Management.
• Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems (e.g., CMS, DAM, orchestration platforms, analytics tools).
• Strong analytical ability to turn data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
• Skilled communicator with experience managing stakeholders, presenting to leadership, and training cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S./Sponsorships are not available.
