About the Role

Vetcor is seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Analytics Manager to help shape marketing strategy through data. This role is instrumental in uncovering actionable insights from complex marketing and recruitment datasets, optimizing campaigns, and driving decision-making across our marketing and HR teams. Vetcor supports 900+ veterinary clinics across the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the development and maintenance of advanced Tableau dashboards and visualizations to monitor marketing KPIs and performance trends.
  • Collaborate with the BI team to automate reporting pipelines and streamline access to clean, consistent data from data warehouses.
  • Analyze cross-channel marketing performance data (web, paid media, email, social, SEO) and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Recruitment, and Operations leadership to uncover data-driven opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  • Present compelling insights and visualizations that influence strategic decisions at the executive level.
  • Support predictive modeling or segmentation projects to better target and convert key audiences.
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to help understand industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
  • Use a blend of tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, CRM systems, and campaign platforms) to track performance and diagnose issues.
  • Guide A/B testing strategies and multivariate testing to validate assumptions and optimize marketing tactics.
  • Stay ahead of marketing analytics trends and recommend innovative solutions to improve data quality and insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a data analytics or marketing analytics role, preferably within a multi-channel or recruitment-focused marketing team.
  • Expertise in Tableau (building complex dashboards, calculated fields, performance tuning).
  • Proficient in SQL and manipulating large datasets across cloud-based systems (Snowflake, Redshift, etc.).
  • Familiarity with marketing funnels, attribution modeling, and campaign ROI.
  • Strong storytelling and visualization skills - able to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the veterinary, healthcare, or multi-location services industry.
