About the Role

The Marketing & Commerce Managed Service Design Lead at Accenture Song is responsible for developing and implementing innovative operating models, organizational structures, and marketing strategies for clients. The role involves working closely with clients to transform their marketing organizations through strategic assessments, designing integrated marketing performance improvements, and leading change management initiatives. The position offers an opportunity to influence digital marketing and omni-channel solutions, leveraging industry best practices and fostering long-term client relationships in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new operating models and organizational structures for clients that encompass people, process, technology, and governance to unlock value and meet business outcomes.
  • Lead teams to develop and update marketing operating models, processes, change management, training, and communication plans, and support their implementation within client organizations.
  • Gather and analyze client information to identify opportunities for improving integrated marketing performance and design roadmaps and organizational changes.
  • Identify inefficiencies and strategic opportunities within clients' marketing organizations and create detailed plans to generate improvements.
  • Leverage marketing strategy, brand, and campaign operations knowledge to develop and implement plans that enable clients to operate in new ways.
  • Engage with senior clients to collaborate on solutions and approaches for business growth and marketing effectiveness.
  • Lead and support new business development through client relationship management, pitches, and RFP responses.
  • Originate, qualify, and close new opportunities for Accenture across digital transformation initiatives.
  • Work with industry leadership to develop and deliver new business based on trust and value-driven relationships.
  • Act as a thought leader in marketing challenges, including Agile Marketing, and lead activation engagements to help clients operate in new ways using experience platforms such as Adobe.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing or marketing operations experience with integrated CRM, direct-response, or data-driven marketing, including at least 5 years in a leadership role managing or improving marketing operations.
  • 5+ years of experience consulting or advising clients on process and organizational design solutions in a marketing environment.
  • 5+ years of experience working within a digital business or digital agency.
  • Minimum of 10 years of client-facing experience demonstrating proactive leadership and building client relationships.
  • Experience in process design, organizational design, technology requirements, governance models, metrics, and change management within marketing organizations.
  • Experience leading teams of at least 10 people.
  • Core management consulting skills including strategic thinking, opportunity identification, solution architecture, and clear communication.
  • Expertise in integrated marketing operations across web, mobile, social, email, and traditional channels.
  • Proven ability to architect, implement, and manage organizational change.
  • Knowledge of organizational design principles, digital marketing best practices, and key performance metrics.
  • Ability to develop long-term trusted client relationships and grow revenue streams.
  • Strong organizational skills, willingness to learn, collaborate, and demonstrate leadership.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
  • Experience leading and facilitating workshops, business development efforts, and long-term capability development.
  • Experience with digital sales cycles from origination to close.
  • Knowledge of CRM strategic concepts and services.
  • Experience with executive and digital leadership workshops.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
  • Experience leading teams and managing organizational change.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue streams within large enterprise organizations.
