About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and digitally savvy Marketing and Communications Associate to support the execution of B2B marketing initiatives within a mission-driven health tech company. This role offers mentorship, exposure across the full marketing mix, and the opportunity to grow professionally while helping increase visibility and engagement for our established and growing healthcare technology company.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in executing integrated marketing campaigns (email, social, digital ads, and web).
Support content creation for blog posts, white papers, webinars, presentations, and more.
Help manage the company's LinkedIn page and grow brand presence.
Support SEO efforts and paid ad execution (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
Contribute to campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization.
Update website content using a CMS (e.g., WordPress).
Assist with planning and logistics for events and webinars.
Maintain marketing campaign calendars and support internal communication projects.
Support the development of sales enablement tools such as presentations, case studies, outreach templates, and scripts.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism (a concentration in Digital Media is a plus).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Comfortable using digital tools and learning new platforms.
An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have

Exposure to B2B marketing through internships or previous employment preferred.
Master's degree in Marketing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.
