About the Role

Graham Auto Repair is seeking a Digital Marketing & Community Outreach Specialist to join their team. This role involves creating engaging content, managing digital platforms, and representing the brand in the local community to drive brand growth, increase customer engagement, and strengthen community presence, all while upholding the company's core values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and print.
  • Create compelling, high-quality content for social media channels, blog, and newsletters to boost brand visibility.
  • Manage day-to-day social media presence, including content scheduling, posting, and engaging with the audience.
  • Design marketing materials like flyers, digital graphics, and posters.
  • Optimize website content for targeted keywords and ensure all links are functional and accurate.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, using data to make strategic adjustments.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in SEO and digital marketing.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for community inquiries and build relationships with local businesses and organizations.
  • Represent Graham Auto Repair at community events and networking opportunities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute community-focused events, managing all logistics from start to finish.
  • Identify and secure partnership, sponsorship, and donation opportunities that align with company values.
  • Monitor public feedback on various platforms and alert leadership to significant comments.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of professional experience in marketing, communications, and SEO.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google applications, and social media marketing tools (e.g., Canva, HubSpot, Capcut, or other video editors).
  • A valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Superior attention to detail and a high degree of accountability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Must be able to travel for events and outreach activities, including some on weekends.

Qualifications
