About the Role

Concierge Care Advisors (CCA) is a nationally recognized leader in senior placement and advisory services. As the model agency behind the nation's first regulations for senior placement, we are trusted by hospitals, families, and partners across the country. We are expanding rapidly and need a marketing professional who can wear multiple hats and help shape the voice, visibility, and impact of our brand. This role involves driving branding, visibility, and lead generation through graphic design, SEO, website management, and content strategy in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment that helps families navigate senior care.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce high-impact digital assets such as ads, infographics, brochures, social posts, and presentations to maintain brand consistency across all materials.
Maintain and optimize the CCA WordPress site, including updates, plugins, blog posts, and landing pages.
Implement SEO best practices and track performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Yoast.
Write and edit compelling content for blogs, landing pages, newsletters, and ads.
Develop content calendars aligned with campaigns and target audiences.
Manage and grow CCA's social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Create social media content such as posts, reels, and stories, and engage with the audience.
Monitor analytics and adjust social media strategy for reach and engagement.
Assist with email marketing campaigns and drip sequences.
Help create presentations and branded materials for advisors and stakeholders.
Support digital advertising efforts using Google Ads and Meta platforms.

Requirements

3-5+ years of marketing experience with a strong portfolio of work.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
Excellent writing and editing skills, including grammar, tone, and voice.
Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms for a brand.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal oversight.
Experience working in healthcare, senior services, or mission-driven environments is a plus.
