About the Role

The Marketing & Creative Lead is a key role in a rapidly growing tech/hardware company operating in the B2B market. The position involves owning the full marketing strategy, including branding, content creation, digital presence, and trade show support. The company offers a collaborative, innovative work environment with modern tools and leadership that encourages autonomy and creativity. This is a hybrid, full-time role based in Alpharetta, Georgia, with opportunities for growth and team building.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the company website (Wix, Webflow, or WordPress)
Create and distribute marketing collateral (flyers, decks, event materials)
Develop and manage the social media presence (LinkedIn, etc.)
Support trade show marketing strategy: booth design, messaging, lead capture
Translate technical product details into client-facing, engaging content
Stay on top of industry trends, competitors, and market activity

Requirements

5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in tech, hardware/software, or B2B industries
Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma
Proficiency in web tools: Wix, Webflow, WordPress
Experience with 3D rendering: KeyShot
Experience with AI tools: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly
Experience creating marketing materials from scratch (copy, visuals, layout)

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Zoho CRM
Video editing skills
Experience with digital signage or smart city marketing

Compensation: $90,000-$110,000
