About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)
• Create high-quality graphics, images, and videos aligned with brand identity
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, announcements)
• Oversee e-commerce marketing activities including product listings, promotions, and online store updates
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms
• Stay up to date with marketing trends, social media algorithms, and e-commerce best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, social media management, and graphic design
• Strong proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for brand storytelling and aesthetics

Nice to Have

• Experience with social media advertising platforms including Facebook Ads Manager
• Experience with social listening and influencer relationship management
• Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics
• A passion for photography for creating engaging visual content
