Key Responsibilities

Support and execute returnee and referral marketing strategies to drive conversions
Source and activate new offline opportunities, from events to student networks
Assist in mail/distribution logistics for program guides, materials, and campaign collateral
Conduct outreach to schools, teachers, and educational counselors to generate leads
Build and maintain partnerships with student associations, clubs, and relevant organizations
Represent EF Language Abroad at fairs, events, and offline activations, occasionally requiring travel
Manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential partner institutions
Oversee student ambassador program, including recruitment, activation, and engagement
Create and implement strategies that encourage community participation and content sharing
Manage and update online listings on third-party sites to ensure brand consistency and visibility
Collaborate with the marketing hub on CRM, email journeys, and content sourcing needs

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in marketing, business development, or community engagement
Familiarity with modern marketing best practices, both digital and offline
Outgoing and proactive personality, loves connecting with people and building relationships
Sales-focused mindset with strong organizational and follow-up skills
Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Able to travel occasionally for events, meetings, and school outreach
Passionate about travel, education, and the impact of language learning

Nice to Have

Experience in grassroots marketing and community engagement
Knowledge of CRM systems and digital marketing tools
Experience working with educational institutions or student organizations
