About the Role

The Marketing & Communications Specialist II is responsible for developing and publishing content across digital and social platforms, supporting marketing operations and CRM efforts, and ensuring brand consistency in all internal and external materials. This position collaborates closely with hospital teams, physician liaisons, and other departments to support local market initiatives, field campaigns, and broader communications strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and publish engaging content across all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
  • Monitor digital trends and recommend tools or innovations to improve team efficiency and marketing effectiveness.
  • Track, analyze, and report on digital channel performance to support ongoing optimization.
  • Support marketing operations by contributing to campaign messaging, testing strategies, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Assist with list segmentation, performance metrics, and CRM-based outreach efforts.
  • Draft, edit, and polish communications tailored to diverse stakeholders, including patients, providers, and internal teams.
  • Write and proofread marketing materials such as emails, presentations, web content, and sales collateral.
  • Ensure all public-facing and internal content adheres to brand tone, style, and visual consistency.
  • Organize and maintain creative assets and content libraries to streamline reuse and ensure quality control.
  • Collaborate with field teams, physician liaisons, and clinical/administrative leaders to execute local marketing priorities.
  • Provide production support for campaigns, including print, digital, and event-related materials.
  • Assist with simple design or video projects; coordinate with external vendors for higher-end needs.
  • Performs other duties and projects assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in creating and publishing content across digital and social media platforms.
  • Ability to monitor digital trends and recommend tools or innovations.
  • Skills in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on digital channel performance.
  • Experience supporting marketing operations, including campaign messaging and testing strategies.
  • Proficiency in drafting, editing, and proofreading communications and marketing materials.
  • Ability to organize and maintain creative assets and content libraries.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with various teams and external vendors.
  • Basic understanding of design or video projects is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM systems and list segmentation.
