Marketing Assistant

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist loan officers with CRM management, including data entry and updating client records.
• Write and send personalized thank-you notes to clients and agent partners, and introductory letters to listing agents to generate meetings and relationships.
• Create flyers, single-property websites, and other marketing materials using CRM templates.
• Develop and implement pop-by gift ideas to strengthen agent relationships.
• Support event planning and marketing initiatives for loan officers.
• Monitor and track engagement metrics from marketing efforts.
• Provide general administrative and marketing support as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, following brand guidelines, administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow templates and branding guidelines.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (Total Expert, Byte, or similar a plus).
• Basic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools preferred.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

• Real estate/mortgage industry experience.
