Marketing Assistant

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate event vendor applications
• Track sales, # of cakes, event stats, and timelines
• Maintain the event calendar
• All things events admin
• Initiate the "Day-Before" group hype texts
• Post-event reporting
• Be the face of the brand at big events
• Lead the charge on setup, serving, and all things cake
• Help manage donation calendars and partnerships with the Marketing Director
• Assist with bakery-level marketing campaigns, community initiatives & social planning
• Contribute to bakery GM's area marketing plan
• Attend community events and connect with organizations
• Help create and plan social media content, especially for community events
• Manage social media calendar and learn about Soci platform
